Jeremy and Lindsay Ziegenhorn are the heart behind DiscipleShift, a ministry devoted to training, equipping, and mobilizing ordinary people to walk in the ways of Jesus and make disciples who multiply. Together, they have spent over a decade serving in full-time missions with Team Expansion—first in the inner city of Louisville, Kentucky, and later overseas in Italy—pouring into people, planting simple churches, and developing leaders with a heart for the nations.
Jeremy brings a passion for vision, leadership, and multiplication. Rooted in the belief that every believer is called and capable of making disciples, he launched DiscipleShift to help churches and individuals break free from passive church culture and step into a Spirit-led, fruit-bearing lifestyle. He holds a Master’s degree in Catalytic Leadership from Fidelis International Seminary, where he deepened his understanding of launching and sustaining disciple-making movements through Spirit-empowered leadership.
Lindsay plays a vital role in the ministry as a natural connector and a gifted practitioner of hospitality. Whether she's welcoming people into their home, nurturing relationships, or walking alongside women in discipleship, she creates spaces where people feel seen, known, and invited into deeper life with Jesus. Her relational warmth and intuition bring life and depth to every aspect of their ministry.
The Ziegenhorns currently live in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois, where they continue to invest in the local church and develop resources to empower disciple-makers everywhere. Jeremy and Lindsay enjoy good conversation around the table, hiking, and cultivating a home where people are welcomed and discipled. For them, ministry isn’t just a role—it’s a lifestyle, lived in rhythm with the people God places around them.
